Tactical vest like the Warlord or similar style for big guys. I currently bounce between a 3x/4x Shirt depending on the maker.

FWIW, most of them have a metric ass load of adjustmen(s) on them. The real problem is for smaller guys.

order one from a company that has a good return policy, in case you have to.
