could a bok, first-aid thread be tacked to this forum? i'm always wanting to reference stuff like that and its a pain to search it, and it would make it easy to post questions, info on new products, etc, etc. thanks.hinking.gif

thanks for the thread link. i think its the same one that i finally just printed out. call me crazy but i would consider first aid, medical supplys and training as important or more so than chest rigs, armor plates or 3 day packs. but thats just me. there's something about bleeding out that i just don't like.

Write you neighborhood congress man EdAvilaSr.
Tell him we want a new mod..
One that cares about Kit and listens to what the people want..
Someone like TimW..
Or some one who spends way to much time on this board..

maybe i'm doing something wrong but when i click on the "planning a blow out..." link i get sent to page 1 of the tactical gear forum. is the thread in archives now? and how the hell do you search for it when there is 19 pages at 250 threads per page? is a better search for archives avialable to paying members?

yeah, do a google search for ar15.com and the title of the thread

edit: nevermind looks like the site staff fixed that. "Public access to the Archives is restricted to the original topic only. If you are interested in full access to the millions of posts in the archives, including a powerful search engine, you will need to upgrade your membership to Team status. For more information on Team Memberships, please visit the main site by clicking on the "Full Version" link at the top right of this page."

2nd edit: that thread is probably one of the most informative threads from this technical section and our loving moderator so far has refused to tack it. even though it's been asked of him several dozen times. to be honest i don't think hoplite even posts here any more.
