I broke my Wiley XL-1's finally.  I replaced them with some Oakely square wires, which are fine for everyday, but I don't think they offer anything for actual protection when I'm on the bike or range.  Plus I forgot just how tortuous those earpieces are after 4 hours under Peltors.

Since they won't be pulling double duty as my every day wear, I really don't care if I look dorky or not, so I'm considering going with some googles, like the Nerve, CQC, SQ-1's, etc.

Can you guys that own goggles (any brand) add some comments on what you have, what you like & don't?  Specifically, I'm looking for fog resistance, comfort under tight muffs, and cheekweld.

Thanks.

I have the ESS Profile NVG goggles. Can't seem to make them fog and are really low-pro. Since they're made to be worn with a helmet I'd probly wear a backwards hat to keep the straps off my ears then wear the ear-pro over them.

These are what I have.

I've got a set of ESS Turbofans. I have to wear glasses under goggles, and it fogs like a mofo.

Have you looked at Bolle? They make glasses and goggles, as well.

If you do have fogging issues, the best stuff I've used is McNett Op Drops. I did try some antifog for scuba, and the Op Drops were much better.

Have you looked at the new Oakley M Frame 2.0 ballistic glasses?  They designed them to have much thinner ear pieces specifically to address being worn with ear pro.

Get the ESS CDI glasses they are on point.  Oakley's suck ass.  Had some idiot spray deet around my gear and the fucking lenses de-laminated.  Couldn't see shit.  Not a problem with the TDIs so far.
