| I have seen a lot of pics in this forum of folks wearing tactical vest. I am looking to get a cool one with out having to fork over a lot of money. It will be one just to wear around when carrying my AR. Where can I find these? Looking for one that holds 20 or 30 rounders and a couple of pistol mags. What do you guys suggest? |

If I can steer anyone away from a vest I try to. IMHO you would be much better served with a simple chest rig. (unless the vest is also armored) Does the same job, doesn't overheat you (you live in LA) can be much more adaptable etc etc etc couple of places to start Eagle chest rigs Specter Gear Or follow the "SKD" link at the top of your page |
I got one of their Deluxe Tactical Vests a while back, which is essesntially the same thing. Not modular, pouches have large velcro flaps that get in the way of quickly grabbing a mag. You can do much better. |
