Anyone here have any experiance with the Airsave body armor. They are old, replaced this year with the Air Warrior system. They are heavy side close vests with an integral front plate holder, the rear plate went on the actuall survival vest. I happen to have some of the vests, they are pretty much being thrown out, crazy I know. Anyone know if the soft armor is able to fit into any other common commercial carrier, thinking molle type vest/plate carrier. Thanks |
| I worked ALSE for OIF 1 thru 3. Airsave isnt really that old..most wasnt fielded till 1999. I'm sure the armor will fit into other carriers or would make great Plate backers. I would be interested in a set if your looking to sell some. Let me Know. I also have the Pubs for the AIRSAVE system if your interested. |
