Can you all please help me out and chime in on what the best method for cutting precise shapes into pre-cut foam. I am looking for to make custom cutouts for my AR, mods, and other gear for my hard case.

Hot wire foam cutter. Google "hot wire foam factory." They sell a great little hot wire scroll saw that makes it easy. Just take your time.
