Same guy. Different name. If I remember correctly, the company got bought, but Brad still runs it. But that is from the rumor mill.

Lightfighter was purchased from Brad in 2005. In summer of 2006 the name was changed to ATS Tactical Gear to tie in with the rest of the divisions of the parent company. Brad now works for the parent company, Cohort International (www.cohortinternational.com), in the marketing department.
