What kind of mods have any of you done or heard of doing to regular old BDUs.  I have so many hanging around I want to have fun and modify some of them.  Pictures are always helpful!

The common old school mod was to move the two lower front blouse pockets up to the top of the sleeves.  Put them at a 45 degree angle.

did the sleeve pocket thing once....was a pain in the ass to get them sewn on...hard to get the sewing machine positioned in the sleeve, but well worth it!

Funny about that.  So many people did it for so long that the Army finally listened and did the same. Now everyone bitches about it.

This kind of mod is very popular with guys who used to get their uniforms dry cleaned and pressed, since it prevented wear over the buttons.

The ACU breast pockets have worked well for me with velcro. The velcro on the cargo pockets is the problem.

Yep.

This was a common mod done by the SF and SOG guys we used to ferry around.

I've also seen pockets sewn on top of the shoulders, pockets inside the blouse and, extra pockets on trouser legs.
