Ok,

I've got an adult male German Shepherd Dog and I'd like to get him a nice doggy pack that he can use to carry his own water and food on hiking trips.  However, most the ones I've looked at online looks pretty damn cheap.

Do you think I could get one customed made through a gear retailer?  Or do you guys know of any high quality doggy packs?

Thanks.

Check out REI.  And other outdoor retailers and makers.  I can't remember who all makes or sells them for some reason.  I do know that REI carries them though.

I have a Granite Gear that I bought from REI that works really well and seems to ride well on my GSD.

Cool pictures guys.

I'll take a look at the REI version.  Just was thinking it would be cool if there was a MOLLE version out there so I could switch up the size of the packs on it for when we were doing short vs. long hikes.

I'd love one in multicam...yeah, I like to match too. haha

I bet the guy who does ESSTAC's stuff would do it...just money and time. I saw a guy posting on the ESSTAC forum who wanted a MC sleeping pad cover and ESSTAC made it up for him.

I have the outward hound and its pretty nice.  My dog freaked out the first couple times I put it on him though.
