It's made by Eagle Industries and very few have made it out into civilian hands.

I can't tell if the pouch to the right is part of it or not, but the one with all the velcro on it looks like their basic admin pouch.

It's different from the admin pouch in your pic, the one in the first picture has an additional pouch on the side, but thanks for the reply.

What do you need to put in the side pouch?  TAG and others make admin pouches with a pouch to hold a surefire, a mulitool or similar item.

I have the TAG pouch and it's a nice design.

Sorry, I don't know the name or part # of this particular pouch, but it is different from the already available Eagle admin pouch. The one pictured up top also has a small flashlight pouch on the side, similar (but not exactly the same) as the Blackhawk STRIKE admin pouch (which the STRIKE admin pouch was copied from). Below is a picture one of my buddies sent of the one he was issued, which is the same pouch as pictured above.

Get with Eggroll, he's a gear maker and member here and a few other related sites. I've seen a prototype he did that is almost identical but without the trim & it had two molle channels to the right of the main pouch. I think his screen name here is just egg.

Eagle MLCS Admin Pouch w/ Light Holder (NSN 8415-01-529-1550).

It is not the same as the Admin Pouch comercially available from Eagle.  Note the difference in the amount of velcro coverage, rounded corners and light holder.
Its part of the MLCS kits for three different "end user groups".

Will Eagle sell the pouch to individual AD military?

I doubt it, I only found it listed on the complete kits for certain units.  Maybe if you ordered 25 with a PO from your unit..........

If you just need one they are going to offer you their stock version without the side pouch.  The admin pouch in your photo is part of the MLCS or RLCS pouch sets and it is not currently in production.  When it was in production it wasn't offered to civilians.
