I've looked at this while looking for the ideal 3-day Assault Pack.  What do you think is the best?  I want plenty of MOLLE space, at least two integral pockets, hydration space and a frame of some kind.

p.s. I'm an army cadet and i hate my alice pack

1.  ROTC is notorious for restricting the gear.  They issue you ALICE and give you grief if it's not USGI and not rigged their way.  Extracurricular teams will give you much more latitude.  But check first before they make you ditch your good stuff.
2.  Motherload is good.  Also consider the Eagle A-III MOLLE and the Tactical Tailor stuff.
