I need a subload that can hold at least 4 AR mags, 2 smoke pouches and a level 3+ or 4 stand alone plate. Any recommendations?

A subload's gonna be awful heavy when it's protecting your thigh with a plate.  Seriously though, for that use, I have a customer that has almost the same thing. He's using the HSGI modular leg panel with 2 single smoke pouches and a UMMP in the middle. The mag pouch holds three but I'm sure you could use some other modular pouch to get up to four. Not being a gear naysayer, but that's gonna be heavy on one side! As for standalone plates. Spare no expense. Buy the best you find. Prepare to have LE or Military ID unless you want a hassle getting them. |
