I've been looking at this shotgun for a while. My intended use is for bird hunting. I'm looking for some reviews from people who own one or have shot one. Pros and cons. Thanks.

I have shot them, but do not own one.
.
The ones that I shot were very light, and would be a joy to carry afield while hunting.   On the down side, with that light weight comes more felt recoil.

The light weight is one reason why I want one. The extra recoil isn't too much of a deal breaker for me. If it's anything like a regular Nova, it isn't no differeent than an 870 or Maverick 88; at least to me.

I have a standard Nova in 20 gauge.  Great little shotgun.  The Glock of shotguns.

Unless you're turkey hunting or goose hunting I'm not sure the Super Nova is worth the extra weight and expense.
