I bought a police issue 1200 from a local fun shop.  I've taken it out shooting once and it performed flawlessly.  I disassembled it, cleaned it and put it back together.  I let it sit in the safe for a couple of weeks then tried to go shooting again.  The shells feed into the tube just fine and it shot the first round on target, but when I racked to load another round I couldn't.  Upon further inspection, the front shell is not staying completely in the magazine tube.  This causes the feed ramp to hit the shell in the tube, the shells pushes out and when the slide is pushed forward the shells falls to the floor.  I don't think I lost any parts and disassembling and reassembling it hasn't fixed anything.  Anybody have any insight that might help?
