[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Jamming ?

Hey guys, hoping someone can help me. I have a Ted Williams series 300 Auto loading shotgun and after the first shot it keeps jammin up the shell gets stuck. The first shell ejects out but the second one keeps getting stuck while trying to load into the chamber. Any opinions would help thanks
