Can someone please elaborate the differences between a M1 and M2 Benelli shotgun for me.

The stock is different (Comfortech) The chokes & barrels are different. But I believe the old M1 barrels will work in the M2.

The handguard is also different.

The accessories otherwise are pretty much the same. The mag extensions will work for either.

The M2 has better chokes and barrel. The M1 CAN NOT take the comfortech stock.

Also the M2 has a large trigger guard for use with gloves.
