While I am not looking to, in ARFCOM terms, Tapco-fu#k, my Model 37, I would like to add a synthetic (not Choate) stock and ghost ring sights to a Model 37 Police. Where shall I start my search? |

Choate is the only manufacturer of a synthetic stock that I'm aware of today. They make the Mark V pistol grip model, a side-folding model, and one other that Ithaca actually sold on factory guns before they went bankrupt. I used one of the latter, along with a Trijicon tritium front sight bead, on my SBS 37. The only source for this stock, at least that I found, was Deltaforce. There aren't too many options for ghost ring sights for the 37, but a few of the available models will fit the 37 receiver. I think Brownell's lists them. |
