On this shot gun if mag is loaded and you cycle bolt by hand does bolt lock open on each shell or should it cycle until its empty/Also what will be bet mag tube to get has 22 inch barrel

It kind of depends on how fast you work the bolt. If you do it slowly, the release of the shell probably won't release to bolt, so the bolt will stay locked back. If you work the bolt quickly, it will likely not lock back.

For mag extensions... Choate, Tacstar, Wilson... all around the same price +/- $10

And if you get the Tactical (all put together) it comes with large factory extensions.

The 1100 was designed to not automatically close from just hand cycling, although it is possible if the shell hits the carrier release with enough force to trip it as it would under fire.

Basic hand cycling should only put the shell in the mag onto the carrier ready to be lifted into
chambering, or dumped out when unloading.
