I have just returned from shooting my Brand new FN SLP and I have to say that this is one hell of a shotgun.. I have shot Rem 870's and 1100's and Benellis and I think that this is the best of the bunch.. Sorry Gunner.. Right out of the box it was having some FTE issues and so I changed the Gas System to lighter one from the Magnum one and from that point forward it was perfect.. The Change over took about 2 mins and most of that was MY inability to get the gun back together.. I am just not very good at that.. But with some help from a friend we got it back on the line and all ammo was good to go.. We fired shot and slugs and it was wonderful.. I will highly recommend this gun to anyone that is looking for a semi auto tactical gun..Mgunslinger

I got mine a week or two ago.  It is one of the best feeling auto shotguns that I've shot.  It has to be one of the least recoiling shotguns that I've shot with buckshot and slugs.  I'll dig around for a pic of it later.

Are you able to find any aftermarket accessories for it?  I want to pick up a sidesaddle for it.  I wasn't sure if the one for the Winchester SX2 / Browning Gold would work one  it.  I would also like to put a light on mine eventually,  but I'm not really sure where I could find a good one to work with it.  I know there aren't any model specific ones like Surefires for it.

I have heard that all the SX2 accessories work on the FN.. I have not looked into any of them.. I am sure that U can find a light that will mount.. I just love the ghost ring sight and I can't wait to shoot it again at a tactical match.. It is GREAT..  I thought that these are supposed to be 7+1 but I can only get six to go.. DId I miss something???
