Me shooting my 12.5" Saiga-12.

And then here's one of my buddy wasting my ammo. Note the 5 shells in the air.

Semi-autos are fun!

ETA: That shirt makes me look fat too. GAH.

Nice pic's NoAim! Are those Tromix rebuilds? (Can't tell from the camera angles)....have recently had my S-12 "basically modified" by Tony Rumore and am very pleased with the result! Also, do you have a source for 8 rd. mags? The five rounders empty much too quickly

Yes, that shotty is a 12.5" Tromix job.

The 8 rounders I picked up from Rusmilitary.com in the UK.

Oh, and 8 rounders ALSO empty too fast.

Too damn much.  Now I added some fancy features to it, but overall it was about $750 on top. That includes the conversion parts.

What happpens is you grab a stock Saiga-12. Tony cuts the barrel, moves the gas system back 2", repairs the old gas port, resizes the gas pison. Flash Hider is added. The trigger group is replaced, grip hole cut, pistol grip added. The rear tang is welded so it's at the right angle and an ACE folder is added. I asked for G3 sights as well, which are welded on. The original sight rail is removed and traces removed. I also had him add a manual Bolt Hold Open lever. I then asked Tony to add some 1" sling loops front and rear. Then it's all refinished.

So, there's quite a bit of work involved it in. Plus Tony's a great TiG welder.

You can get them cheaper, but the basic conversion at 18" is ~$300 I think, and the NFA is $550 (as the gas system needs reworked).

Damm. I like it but only 8 rounds? That blows! That thing is begging for a drum. Like a 30 round beta style drum!!!! You have an old 4-5 rounder I could look at ?
