This is one of the project guns I just finished up. This Started out as a Remington 870 Express. The Shotgun had its VR barrel cut and crowned at 18 1/2 inches/ The front sight was re-drilled and a new fiber optic red sight installed, A wilson Combat +2 tube was added with sling mount, New Spring and follower upgrade, I used one of my tritium safety conversions, A new Surefire tactical forearm was added. The factory light head was removed and a custom built VERY bright Modified KL3 head was used running a 3W T bin emitter , reflector, and pushing close to 1 amp to the Luxeon. I also stripped the battery tube and matched the EN plate from the gun on the battery tube. I am using a factory Remington LEO metal top folder stock. I stripped the entire weapon and ceramic blasted the metal. I then Industrial Electroless Nickel plated and matt finished the parts. I also just finished another version for a good friend without the top-folder.
