When the ban dies will you legally be able to get street sweepers, or anything along those lines?

No, street sweepers were reclassified as destructive devices (DD) by the BATF and do not fall under the 94 AW Ban.

You can still find them, although they are getting quite expensive. And you still have to go through the entire NFA ordeal to acquire one.
