Is there a lighter D spring or something to make the double action lighter for the FNX 9?
I'm not quite sure what a D spring is lol, but I've seen a couple videos out there for other guns saying they have a lighter D spring making the double action lighter

Clip two coils off your hammer spring and see how that feels. Have a spare on hand in case of light primer strikes.

No. Unless you can find someone who makes the two needed hammer springs lighter.
