Hey guys I was reading an article on a suppressor test and the author was using a Ruger MKII with a PacLite upper. Can anyone give me info on this. Is it worth buying to upgrade my MKII? I like the look of it and it allows for a top rail to be installed, plus it's threaded for a can. I am seriously thinking of investing in a can for my AR that I can use on my .22 also, any recomandations on a suppressor or info would be appreciated.
Thanks George |

Some people with them will answer shortly, but the only downside to a paclite for a Ruger is it's a serialized part so you'll have to buy another "firearm".
I hear that people really like them though. There is a service somewhere out there that threads barrels if you have a bull barrel. |

TacSol makes cans as well. Your looking at 300.00 for the barrel I think 50.00 for the rail (if you buy it at the same time they will install it.) Another 300.00 for the can and 200.00 or so for the stamp. Is it worth it? Check out the TacSol web site I was just ball parking the prices. |

Thanks for the input, I found one for around 270 to 290 depending on if you get the bull barrel or get one fluted. I like the OD but don't know if it will look good with the rest of the black. Do you know how they shoot? Mine shoots great. It might be my favorite pistol to shoot. |
