Howdy folks, I recently purchased a Olympic Whitney wolverine and I will say this pistol is quite accurate when it runs, but it "only" likes cci stingers and quick shocks. Everything else is a jam every other round if I'm lucky. Mostly a mag fed singleshot. Anybody else have one of these and shot it much? I'm at about 750 rounds and no difference. Not to mention the mags are a PAIN in the ass to load..Thanks dudes/ladies.

Mine was a extremely fussy jammomatic. I never found a bullet that worked for it.
I tried every single one they recommended and it still jammed. I returned it for repair but they didn't seem to do anything to it so I sold it.
On my list of worst guns I ever owned.

I was real close "Real Close" to selling/trading it until I figured out it just had expensive ammo tastes. Kinda of strange that a economical gun would favor high dollar ammo. Was a gnats ass of sending it back myself, but figured it was the nature of the beast and couldn't really be fixed. Seems that I was right. Thank you for the reply.

Have you tried Aguila super maximum  it is the worlds fastest .22lr, a little faster then CCI stingers, has the same length of brass, and is a lot cheaper. I have tried it with great results. ( it does smell funny after firing though.)

I have 4 wolverines (3 original and 1 Olympic arms).  They do tend to be ammo picky.
CCI minimag 0030 has worked nearly flawless for me and is the ammo that is most recommended by the guys at Olympic arms.
