I have a new mk3 22/45 with adjustable sights, here is my question. Which screw is the elevation screw on the rear sight? There is a big one in the middle with marks around it that some websites have said is the elevation screw BUT there is a little one sort of to the left that the ruger manual says is the elevation screw. What say you?

The elevation one is the "Big one" on the top.  That smaller one is a set screw that prevents (or is supposed to prevent, in my case) the rear sight from drifting out of the dovetail.
Part # 55 is your elevation screw
