Very nice.

Factory Threaded?

Had to pay $150 for threading on mine. Glad they are doing those from the factory.

I'll have to agree, very cool. I've got an original, mint condition early 80's 21A that was my dad's pocket pistol. As much as I'd love to get ADCO to thread the barrel, I just can't bring myself to do it. But damn, with that Oculus in short mode.. and I've got one of those too!

Gun Broker has the factory threaded 21A's, but good lord they're bringing top dollar.

Nice pistola Captin!

My little gem.. brings back a boatload of fond memories

Thanks guys!  Yes I did pay more than I should have for the factory threaded one.  I found one for like $500 otd from Gunbroker.  No the most amazing price but I really wanted one with a threaded barrel and it does come with some pretty nice grips too.  I did order some plastic ones as well when I want a bit smaller profile as the wood ones are a bit fatter in the hand.

By the way, I love that pristine 21a!  It’s beautiful!

Would like to get a Ruger Mk 4 Tactical or Lite but cannot find one for sale online that either isn’t way over MSRP (ie gouging on GunBroker) or the store won’t ship (ie Academy). I have a factory conversion kit for my P220, but it not scratching my itch.

I used to have that same Ruger SR22 two tone and wish I hadn't sold it.  I wouldn't mind getting one again.

@eric10mm  This is the new covert model. The supressor is a hybrid 22LR/5.56 . Its monolithic and fully serviceable. Its made by Acadian Armament and called the Lynx. Its a great supressor. I have the older version . The guy who owns the company is well versed and has made a 5.56 can and a 308 as well as pistol. MAC featured it in a video about MP5s. The ones from Turkey. The name escapes me of the company. I love it.

Found this in a local shop today.
So glad to be rid of the previous generation that dogged me every time I took it apart.
These MK4's are the cats ass.
Threw a form1 suppressor on it with a Bushnell RDS.

This thing is stupid-quiet and accurate with CCI subsonics.

Nice score brother. And you're right, the MKIV's are the cats booty. What Ruger should have done to begin with. Great design, and super nice shooters. Congrats to you a well!

I liked my first one so much I bought a second one in OD green.  I was well aware there are some bum barrels out there.  Sadly this second one suffered that fate.  Taurus CS promptly sent a replacement barrel out.  It looks way nicer, no chatter marks and the chamber is concentric with the lands and grooves.  I'm a happy camper.  Dual wielding these is hella fun too.

I need another proper diameter rimfire can so I can actually use the sights.  Or maybe add a red dot to the top of the slide.

I do however own and shoot a lot of .22's. I shoot in a club level Bullseye league and use a Marvel Precision Unit 1 on top of my Colt Combat Elite. I also recently purchased a new Marvel Precision Unit 2. It's pictured on top of my Norinco M1911-A1. As my screen name suggests I collect and shoot .22LR 1911 Conversion Units and own several including a Kart, Day Arms, Colt, and hoping to add a Nelson next year.

Hey, what’s that reinforcement behind the slide stop/release cut?
The slide on my gsg 1911 has rounded off right there and won’t lock open anymore.
Curious if that’s something I could add on. I wish someone made a better quality slide replacement.
I would have just bought a Marvel if I had the budget haha. Nice pistols!

Just picked it up today 419.99. Federal 1600 round pack was 59.99! Had been sitting in the back for a customer for the last year so they figured he wasn’t coming to get it.

Ordered 4 more factory mags and 3 of the 18 round pro mags.

Need to get all these dialed in soon. I'm switching the Tactical over to a Holosun 407k x2 with Mad Mac's Precision plate. I like Lobos Industries better, but he's sold out. Oh well..

The tactical uses either a Dead Air Mask or Rugged Oculus.

Ruger MKII Target cut/threaded to 2.1”. Q El Camino can.

Haven’t had much range time yet. Shoots subs well, issues cycling HVs.  Everything is subsonic out of that barrel.

My new stubby MK IV, and maybe my new favorite MK series pistol. MK IV, cut and threaded and refinished. I used Stoner grips and love them, give them a try if you are in the market for a set of grips. The factory trigger is not bad, but it will probably get Volquartsen internals.
