Its been cracked for about 2 years now. Just lying there broken in the safe.  

Its really my 12 year old daughters gun, but she now has a 22/45 in muddy girl that she likes better.

Will S&W fix it?

Do i cut it in half and throw it away?

Yes, they will fix (likely replace ) it if firing it caused it.

Thx!  im sure it was from firing it. Was outshooting one day and noticed it.
