OK, the slide rackers are becoming a reality. They are made of an aircraft grade aluminum. They are basically a copy of the Power Custom version, altered to fit the tapered ears of the Mk III. I took two out to the range last w/e, one on a stock 22/45, and the other on a TacSol barreled Mk III. Both worked flawless. The only thing I didn't know was that the ears vary slightly from bolt to bolt. One did require slight adjustment with a Dremel. Any one interested can contact me at brian at alcaraz dot org. Here are the Pics I promised. These are installed on a Mk III bolt w/TacSol barrel, except the last, which is a Power Custom installed on a Mk II bolt for comparison.
