Recoil is a little more snappy than a standard steel frame 1911 but very manageable. The big plus in my book is the lack of a full length guide rod and the stupid Swartz safety. I wish they made the Super Carry Pro without that stupid bull barrel. If they made a true commander size Super Carry with a 4.5" regular barrel/bushing and no full length guide rod, I'd buy one in a heartbeat. |
