Which different manufacturers are there for 1911 frames and where can they be found at the best prices?

| If possible, see if you can find a Norinco frame. Many people turn their noses up at them, not realizing that many pros in the past did just that to build race guns. I'm not an expert, but I seem to recall that the frame is harder than Colt's. It may be a way to save money. |
