| The authorities on the subject that post on the dedicated Brown 1911 forums claim, as stated, that the important innards and fitting of all Browns are the same. Have never seen that claim directly from Brown, but it sounds good. Other higher end 1911 mfgrs (like Wilson) freely admit that their higher end pistols get upgraded components and more hand fitting. |
