Quoted: It's being sold online locally and I'm waiting on pics by e-mail. Let's assume for these purposes it was done well by a smith. Just guessing but if the rest of the pistol is A+ then a good job of parkerizing would still lower the value close to 50% in my never humble opinion. YMMV
