Kinda pricey. It's also been worked on with at least the rear sight and hammer being changed. |

Quoted: Quoted: I'd contact SportingArms.com. They've been able to find everything that I have brought to them. A big +1 for Sporting Arms, great people to work with. They're also in Texas which would help getting the pistol to you faster. I called them randomly inquiring about an SA Professional and it showed up at my FFL in two business days. The whole process was very painless (other than the pain my wallet took )My chance to show off my MC Operator http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh295/mojelly28/mcoperator6.jpg This thread is a really bad influence on me. |

Found one for you, sent you a IM/email about it. Heres mine to help with the gun porn and no mine is definitly not for sale http://i46.tinypic.com/2uruglk.jpg Hey Hunter what is that wrapped around the front strap of the frame? Is that skateboard tape? My Springfield Professional was too sharp in the front and it made me bleed in less than 100 rounds. |

I would like to second the request for reasonably-priced leads. I have one on order through my local dealer, and he seems to think his distributor should have one in about 2-3 weeks, but Springfield customer service disagrees, quoting a 6-12 month lead time. Jeeeeeeeeeeeebus. I understand for a custom model like the Professional, but that is a LONG TIME for a production gun... I sure hope my dealer and his distributor know something I don't, and if not, I could always use some help finding one! |

Yeah its grip tape, I got mine from the local hardware store, it was marketed for outside steps/ladders and such. I think it was a dollar per foot. I really like it and its a very cheap way for a better grip. |
