The FLGR is a solution to a non existent problem. While it gives the ILLUSION of being smoother it in reality accomplishes nothing more than to complicate dis-assembly/assembly of the firearm. Further it restricts your ability to manipulate certain one handed drills. |

so in short, gain nothing but add the inability to preform certain drills.....

I got a blued rod and the stainless bushing. No one will ever see the rod so it does not matter on its finish.
I have used FLGR 1 and 2 piece and still have 2 piece ones but the GI rod is easier to take down, looks better, and honestly makes life simpler when you are not near tools to take it down. The only advantage I see to the FLGR is not that is feels better because the GI rod feels the same if not better but the extra weight up front. When carrying the 1911 the GI rod also helps reduce weight of the pistol overall which is nice to reduce weight. |

You need to replace those 20's with 100's and that Bic with a Zippo and then you will be even cooler. Thats how all the ridiculous shit in dinner pics started, random unrelated stuff left in the scene when you take a picture. Hey a 20 on a stack of 1's is baller.
