| I was wondering what everyone uses to carry for a 1911? I'd like to see holsters and 1911's. It'd also be nice to see people wearing their carry setup as well. Thanks! |

For those of us less versed in this area, please let us know who makes these and what model? Thanks. |

Here's my carry setup. Kimber Pro Carry 2 aluminum frame with feed ramps polished and steel inserted by John Harrison here in Atlanta, GA. Mr Harrison also did the bobtail job. Holster is Milt Sparks versa Max 2. Concealment is no issue even with fitted clothes. You will not notice it if i don't tell you I'm concealing a weapon. Also the 4 inch barrel is just right for me. The barrel is short enough that it is not hitting my seat compared to my government 1911. |

I believe a crossbreed will be my next holster purchase....how do you like it?? |

I believe a crossbreed will be my next holster purchase....how do you like it?? the backside has a lot of exposed metal that may dig in. Under shirt much needed. |

I believe a crossbreed will be my next holster purchase....how do you like it?? I like the holster a lot. The combination of the Govt. model and my frame (5'10" 160lbs) make it somewhat difficult to carry without printing in t-shirts. I also haven't noticed any digging from the metal on the back. I do tend to wear an undershirt while carrying though. |
| Pure Kustom Black Ops Pro with a Wilson Combat Protector (5"). It's nice because you can adjust it to how deep you want the pistol to sit and at what angle. It appears the price of the holster has recently gone up to $175 though. I remember buying mine for somewhere around $140 6 months ago. |

| Does anybody using an IWB style carry more in the 5-6:00 position? I think that this will be the best position for me due to my very thin body type and the fact that I do not wear baggy clothes. Anybody have a favorite for this type of application? Note- I will be carrying a full size 1911 (hopefully kimber custom CDP ii) |

WOW- that guy has some very nice stuff- Would love to have him outfit my 1911 with some of his leather work.... His wood burned grips are wild |
