I tried the search and came up with nothing.  I have a Colt Delta Elite I inherited from my Dad, it came with 2 magazines but I want to buy some more.  I'm trying to find some that are less expensive than the colt brand.  From looking at the Chip McCormick catalog it seems that 38 Super Magazines would work in a 10MM.  Does anyone know if I can order this magazine (Click)  and it work in my new gun?

38 super will seat in your gun but it is not going to feed 10mm in a 38 super.  You need 10mm specific mags.  I would call Tripp Research or get Wilson combat 10MM mags.

This Tripp and Wilson are really good mags.  Good mags can make all the difference in the world.

Thanks I'm searching now.  It looks like I can get Wilson Combat Mags for a bit less than the Colt factory mags.

I'll search for the Tripp stuff next.

I use MecGar magazines.

The price is good, and I've never had a problem.

I believe they manufacture magazines that come oem from Colt.

Except for the two that came with the gun, these are the only other mags I own.  I've never had any problems whatsoever.

I have some Colt originals, and also some Mec-Gars.  Strangely enough, Wilson 47Ds also work well in my Delta Elite.

Not some thing I would spend money to try, of course.  But, if you can find some body with one willing to let you try it, it is another option.

Thanks to everyone.  Good options and good information all around.

I've had good luck with Tripp, but the two 10mm Wilson mags I have don't get along with my gun for some reason.  The spring doesn't seem strong enough and the plastic follower seems to hang up easier  than the metal one.

I love Tripp mags but havent used their 10mm. Would highly recommend that you dont skimp on mags as you will just end up spending the same amount of cash replacing the crappy mags that dont work.

FWIW....Dillon Precision has checkmate 10mm mags for $25.  I have a couple on order for my Dan Wesson in 10mm.

That is a really good price for 10mm mags.  I will order some!

Thanks!
