I just received back my Sc 1911 from a trip to the S&W shop for the dreaded mushy safety syndrome
It was a painless process that saw my pistol gone only 12 days total , and came back with the fix just as I had hoped for, with 2 bonuses: my original blue box had a crapped out hinge on it and it was replaced with a much nicer current model, and a rattle that was present - when I walked it rattled in the mag or grip area. came back perfectly silent Thanks S&W CS great work and exceeded expectations
