I believe this is a Turkish-made Norinco.   They're making those in Turkey in order to get around the US import ban on Chinese small arms.

I fondled one a few weeks ago and it seemed to lock up good and the trigger was OK. Safety was nice and smooth.

If the steel is good, it looks like a $400 gun that actually costs $400.
