A few weeks ago, I had to unload some of my collection, including an MSAR, M1A, and my favorite (and only) 1911, a Wilson CQB to free up cash for an investment. I've still got a 590A1, P226, and G19, but I feel inadequate without a .45. I'd like to keep the price around or below $1500, and was thinking I might be able to pick up a used Baer TRS. What say you arfcom? I'm looking for a full sized (still have the CTC's for it) and a Kimber/springfield or semi-custom.

' For the money....SA Loaded it's only around $800..way underpiced for what features this 1911 comes with . You can use the extra cash for upgrades. That would be cosmetic, because it's accuracy, Can't be denied. Get the stainless, they get a little extra time in the assembly process.. Take one & rack it & feel it & you'll see what I mean. Dollar per feature IMHO the best deal out there. |
