So I think I'm set on buying the TacSol conversion kti for my 1911's (SA G.I. full-size and an Ultra CDP-II)
My problem is this: some of the literature I've read said this "Designed to fit Government & Commander length frames" My question is this: will the kit fit my Ultra CDP-II??? I'm sure it'll fit on my SA cause it's a full size, but honestly, I haven't held them side by side to see if the frame is longer on the SA vs. the Kimber. anyone know or have any insight? thanks, Benji here's the kimber:
