Does anyone out there have one? Tell me about it? Also, does Para make a 1911 with picatinny rails for lights or other accessories? Taz |
| I don't have one, so anything I say regarding the so-called "GI EXPERT" will understandably be taken with a grain of salt. I do have some pretty extensive history with Para, and I would neither buy one again nor suggest anyone else do either. My suggestion is that you do a search here, and you'll see what I mean. |

I have never owned a Para, but I have worked(read: fixed) enough of then to know I do not want one. The only thing Para has going for them is the wide body frame, if you desire it, and even these have their problems. The is absolutely no reason to saddle your self with a single stack Para. |

Rock Island makes a wide body frame that uses Para or the MecGar mags. |
