Are the issues with the quality of the 47D's or your 1911 just doesn't work with the Wilsons?
If it's a pistol/mag issue what pistol doesn't like them?
I was thinking of buying a couple for my new S&W 1911PD.

I order mine straight from Tripp.
They're fast when it comes to processing and shipping, I got my last order two days after I placed it.

If the 47D bodies are still in good shape why not just order the Tripp spring and follower kits.

I think you can only order direct from Tripp.

Yup, directly from Tripp.
Best 1911 mags I've ever used, hands down.
