I got my Champion back from Springfield a few weeks back. I sent it off for warranty work on the sights and while it was there had it bead blasted. I just recently got the Davidson Horned Lizard grips (incredible grips by the way), and wanted to show it off a little. This is my daily carry, and it will not look this nice for very long

Looks great....I've been doing the bead blasted stainless look for awhile..........my latest build, after assembley I sent it out for blasting..................

Thanks for making me feel like a horses' ass! I didn't build mine. Just bought it already done, how lazy of me! I did build my AR, although I'm sure that is significantly easier than a 1911 build.
