Trying to secure the models I want, I tossed a few in layaway with another still on order...
On Layaway- -Stainless TRP that I'm going to have refinished like the Black Stainless Loaded model -EMP in 9mm for my fiance'... I told her when she finished her CCW class, I'll transfer it into her name. 
On Order- -Colt WW1 1911 Reproduction I'm pretty excited about the TRP as it's going to be my daily carry gun after I get it finished... I'm going to do some of the similar stuff I was going to do to the Black Stainless I was planning on getting, such as the LaserMax guide rod, some custom grips, and of course the refinish... should look pretty good. I spent some time at the range today with my TRP Operator, and at 25 yards I was able to land 13 of 14 rounds inside the "head" of my evil dude target... I realized I needed another one.

Youll love the TRP. Great 1911, and Springfield is the best if something should happen. You can drool over mine until yours comes in.
