You need the G.I. guide rod, and the spring plug. Both parts are available from Ed Brown EB , part numbers 881 and 882, in blued or stainless. $25 plus postage for the two pieces. Brownells sells the same Ed Brown parts for the same price.

If you have a FLGR right now. ALL you need is the GI guide rod. You don't need to change plugs. I have both bushing barrels and bull barrel guns with GI rods.
