I am looking at doing a 1911 build....anyone know how the kits and frames from Sarco are?

I have heard they are very shitty. If money is an object, you might muddle through with alot more fitting than advertised. If you can afford better you'll want to do so, even if you think you don't want to pay.

Probably better off going with Brownells. Sarco is a roll of the dice, pretty much no matter what you order.

I'm building one of their kits now. Their comercial slide is nice. The internal parts are crappy but for a 1st build I'd rather screw up cheap parts than Wilson or Kings.
