| I have the oppurtunity to buy a kimber tle rl ii with very little holster wear. It comes with 12 kimber magazines and 2,000 rounds of factory 45 ammo for $1,200 bucks is it really worth the money or am i better off buying new. |

The ammo alone is probably worth close to $600, 12 mags at say 15 ea=$180 so you have about $420 in the gun. You will spend $900ish on a new TLE. If you don't want it send them my way!!!! |

I just installed a wolf 18.5lb recoil and firing pin spring set with a Ed Brown GI guide rod and plug in my TLEII and I highly recommend it!

While you're at it, grab an ed brown hardcore extractor, just in case. If it starts having FTFs with the kimber mags, try wilson or tripp mags. A 1911, mags and ammo for that price, you lucky SOB! |
