Can someone give a link to where I can get the best threaded barrel.

As long as there isn't a violation of local or state law, you can opt for a longer barrel and have a smith thread it for you.
I've done some barrel threading. This was a 9mm and I made a custom thread protector for the unit while the suppressor wasn't being used. I charge $50 for a barrel thread in any TPI.
