I  was at a local gun shop and seen spring field mil spec but it had a officers frame and a 4 in bull barrell.   It was in exelent shape and they only wanted 450 bucks.  Good deal.  Should I pick it up ? I'm looking for a new Ccw

The $450 price depends on if everything is original, IMO. IOW, no shade tree gunsmithing of a new trigger, new barrel, etc. etc.

I don't recall Springfield making a bull barrel baby 1911, but I worked 14 hours today..........

That seems a pretty fair price to me, assuming it's not bubba'd

I bought a Springfield Loaded Compact. (same Gun, 4" barrel over officer frame) for around six bills last year.  (traded it 2 days later for a Kimber)

FWIW, the SA platform you are describing is a "compact" (3.5-4.0" conical and/or bull barrel, mounted over an officer/compact frame) design, not a CCO (4.25 std barrel mounted over an officer/compact frame).

I have that same flavor made by Wilson Combat. The platform is the ultimate CCW IMO. The bull barrel makes the recoil far more managable than the 3.5" Officer with conical bushing setup (feels on par with a std. Commander). At the same time the length makes for a very fast draw, fast sight acquisition, and a very comfortable carry.

I know that Kimber makes a similar offering, but I am very wary of production pistols for carry in general, and sub 4.25" production pistols in specific. The smaller the pistol, the narrower the margin is for slop work and corner cutting that can occur with the production class. Frankly, I'd say it's a toss up. On one hand, they aren't making such a model any more (that I know of) and that means they won't likely get cheaper, not to mention, you have a platform people don't get to see everyday from SA. On the other hand, a used Springer Mil Spec doesn't command much of a premium in the used market, and you do run the risk of throwing half a yard after a pistol that requires some real work to fix if something wasn't built to spec.

If you do end up getting it, the first thing you MUST do is swap out the recoil spring with a new replacement and change them out at 1,000-1,500 round intervals.
